LEMA (Landscape Ecology Modeling and Analysis Center) is a Bureau of Land Management (BLM) facility housed by Utah State University's College of Natural Resources (CNR).

LEMA was established in 1993 under the newly created Interagency Assistance agreement. Under this agreement, the BLM provides funding to support various BLM offices with
GIS and Remote Sensing projects. Financial support is also provided to graduate students who work on GIS projects and develop GIS data layers and special GIS tools.
