APPENDIX C.NEVADA.OWNERSHIP.CODES.  Coding system used to delineate ownership
for each ownership polygon in Nevada.  The primary code is called "USER" and describes the
principal land owner as determined from the BLM 1:100,000 base maps.  The secondary code
"CD" was used to delineate additonal land use, jursidiction, or control within a polygon.  For
example, a private polygon located within a USFS forest boundary would be labeled private as
the primary code and USFS as the secondary code (eg., USER=5, CD=1).  An additional
attribute called "NAME" briefly describes what each code means (eg., USER=2,
NAME=BLM).  If the land polygon has more than one land classification, they are separated
by a backslash with "USER" ownership preceding "CD".
