Help! These links don't work
These links are only accessible from CNR IP addresses. If you are unable to access these links from a lab computer, you might need to set your proxy configuration to exclude the .jql.usu.edu address (this should only be necessary if you have a nonroutable IP address, which very few people have):
To do this in Mozilla Firefox, go to Tools | Options and then click on the Connection Settings button. You should already have the Manual proxy configuration button selected, with proxy.usu.edu as the HTTP Proxy and Port 80. You can use this proxy for all protocols. In the No Proxy for box, add .jql.usu.edu (separate entries with commas).
In Internet Explorer, go to Tools | Internet Options, click on the Connections tab and then the LAN Settings button. Check the Use pro xy server box, set the address to proxy.usu.edu and port to 80 and uncheck the bypass proxy server for local address box. Then click on the Advanced button and add *.jql.usu.edu to the exception list (separate entries with semicolons). Then shut down your computer, get out some paper and a pencil and write 1000 times, "I will not use Internet Explorer because it's evil."
