STATSGO Derived Soil Temperature

Click here for Soil Temperature data (49MB, zip format)

This data layer was produced by extracting soil temperature attributes from the NRCS - STATSGO data layers for the 11 western states. Map types represent most prevalent soil temperature for each polygon. Other attributes in this database include the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th most prevalent soil temperature per polygon and their respective frequency of occurence represented by percentages.
